The Friends of the West Long Branch Public Library Offers the 7th Annual 2008 Helen R. Schultz Library Scholarship

To encourage people to train for a career in the library profession, the Friends of the West Long Branch Public Library offers the Helen R. Schultz Scholarship. This scholarship awards $1,000.00 for the 2008/2009 academic year to one student who lives in West Long Branch or Monmouth County and has been accepted into a library science or paraprofessional library program.  To be eligible for the scholarship, the student should be accepted into a library science or paraprofessional library program by July 1, 2008.
