    "Making a Career Change? Make a difference. Become a librarian."

 

Instructions for copying the forms in this section:

  • Highlight or select (by clicking and dragging) the text in the form that you want to use.

  • Click the "Edit" menu in your browser and choose "Copy".

  • Open a new blank Word document.

  • Click the "Edit" menu in Word and choose "Paste".

  • In Word, make any changes or additions to the text that you desire.
